At Bistro Seven, we offer a menu that changes seasonally which allows us to use the best, freshest ingredients possible by supporting local farmers and producers. In winter, when local ingredients may not be available, we source from other sustainable farms and local reliable distributors, always making sure they care about their products as much as they do. Our main source of products are Donna Simmons from Pound Ridge Organics, Debra Sloane from Sloane Farm, Jonathan Kirschner from Ambler FarmSporthill FarmRiverbank Farm and Holbrook Farm. We take pride in personally selecting the very best wines and beers that will complement and enhance your dining experience. We also believe in putting our money where our mouth is by supporting the Slow Food MovementConnFactGMOFreeCT and many other local organizations by donations and fundraisers.
